In order to ensure mission readiness, Dyess 7 Medical Group is offers COVID testing for symptomatic Active Duty patients only. Appointments are required and can be booked by calling the appointment line at 325-696-4677. 
  • If you are an active duty member with symptoms, please call the 7 MDG appointment line at 325-696-4677, option 6, to book an appointment.

COVID-19 Vaccine Information

The 7th Medical Group is currently offering the following COVID-19 Vaccines:                                                                              


  • Pfizer-BioNTech, age 6 months and up.
  • Pfizer-BioNTech Bivalent (Omicron) Booster, age 12 years and up.
  • Moderna, age 6 months and up.
  • Moderna Bivalent (Omicron) Booster, age 18 years and up.
  • Novavax, age 12 and up. (with NO previous COVID-19 vaccination)

Vaccines are administered by appointment only at the Allergy & Immunizations

  • Must have a DoD CAC card to access the SharePoint link above.
  • The site is only available via NIPR.
  • The Rideshare program is solely to be used to provide transportation for students to and from school/extracurricular activities during the school week.
  • The Rideshare program is not to be used to solicit rides for trips outside of education realms. (i.e. grocery store, bx runs, target, etc.)
