Administrative Action and Discharge
General Discharge, Sexual Assault – An Airman First Class was convicted in civilian court for sexually assaulting another individual that was under the age of 16. The Airman First Class received a reprimand for their off-base misconduct and an under other than honorable conditions (general) discharge.
Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – A Second Lieutenant was found to have engaged in sexual harassment targeted at another Company Grade Officer. The Lieutenant received a Letter of Reprimand for their misconduct.
