Meet your leadership: Chief Master Sgt. John Palmer

U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. John Palmer, 317th Airlift Wing command chief, took on the command chief duties from Chief Master Sgt. Joshua Swanger in September of 2018. Palmer joined the Air Force when he was 20 years old and began his career as a conventional maintenance crewmember in the 416th Munition Squadron, eventually achieving the rank of Chief Master Sgt. in February 2015.
