  • In-Processing Tasks

    The following steps are best followed in sequence: (TLF) Lodging

  • In-Processing: (MPS) Personnel

    Members must visit Customer Support in bldg. 7233, 2nd floor, Rm 203 for accession to Dyess AFB.  First-term Airmen (4-6 yr enlistee) will need to bring their BMT and tech school graduation certificates along with Commander's Recommendation Letter (if applicable).

  • In-Processing: (TLF) Lodging

    Members not assigned to the dormitory should make their first stop at The Inns of Dyess, 441 Fifth St. It's open 24 hours a day. Reservations for billeting should be made early to ensure room

  • In-Processing: Finance

    Members must also have all applicable items listed on the Finance portion of the in-processing checklist before a travel voucher can be filed. Members are advised that delays in filing their travel voucher will stall necessary updates to their military & travel

  • In-Processing: Housing

    All members not assigned to the dormitory are mandated to see a housing representative per AFI 32-6001.  No appointment necessary as walk-ins are always welcome.  Members will need

    Wing Right Start Newcomer’s is a half day event and starts at 7:30 a.m.  Attendees are briefed about Dyess AFB and its mission by Senior Officers, Medical, TMO, Legal, and Financial Representatives. This ensures Airman’s medical, household goods, and finance
