Norton Schwartz. The newest aircraft addition to Dyess, C-130J, is a comprehensive update of the Lockheed C-130 Hercules, with new engines, flight deck and other systems. General Schwartz will host a brief press conference following the arrival ceremony. -30- Media wishing to cover the event should contact the 7th Bomb Wing Public Affairs office at (325) 696-2161 no later than 3 p.m. April 9 with tentative names of attending representatives and tentative topics for questions.
