SPMAGTF-SC, JTF-Bravo disaster relief in Haiti enabled by logistics, ‘Rapid Global Mobility’

An aircrew member from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas takes inventory of cargo onboard a C-130J Hercules at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Oct. 7, 2016, that was headed to Haiti to provide needed sustainment equipment for use by Joint Task Force Matthew. Extensive joint planning between Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Southern Command and Joint Task Force-Bravo logistics personnel was required to establish load plans and cargo prioritization so the equipment would be ready to load and transport without delay to prevent any mission stoppages or shortfalls.
