Base Services Availability During Inclement Weather

Due to the inclement weather, several base services will continue to stay closed for today, Feb. 3, 2022, and tomorrow, Feb. 4, 2022. Team Dyess, we will continue to provide updates to service closures and openings on base. Tomorrow, Feb. 4, the BX and food court will be open during normal operating hours.

Due to inclement weather, Dyess AFB will remain closed on Feb. 4, 2022, and is closed until further notice. Unit Commanders will determine Mission Essential personnel reporting requirements. The Installation Commander has determined approaching severe winter weather conditions warranted early release at group commander discretion for Wednesday Feb. 2 and the closure of Dyess AFB at 4:30 pm CST until further notice. Unit Commanders will determine Mission Essential personnel reporting requirements. If you are not directed by your Unit Commander to report to duty, stay home.
