Public Affairs 

Air Force Public Affairs advances Air Force priorities and achieves mission objectives through the integrated planning, execution, and assessment of communication capabilities. Through the strategic release of truthful and timely information and imagery, PA puts operational actions into context, educates audiences on AF capabilities, undermines adversarial information operations, and contributes to the achievement of national, strategic, and operational objectives.

Requests:

To request photo, video or article support, please complete the Dyess Public Affairs Request Form. 

Please e-mail forms to 7bw.pa.publicaffairs@us.af.mil. Signed forms can also be dropped off at the Public Affairs office on the 2nd floor of the headquarters building. Requests should be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event.

To request an official organization social media page, please complete the Dyess Public Affairs Social Media Request Form, email the completed form to 7bw.pa.publicaffairs@us.af.mil, and call our office to schedule a consultation.

Community Relations 

Public Affairs Group Tours

Group tours are for school groups, scouts, etc., and should consist of at least 10 people. Group tour organizers must fill out a Base Tour Request and Base Entry Request and submit it to the 7th Bomb Wing Public Affairs office at 7bw.pa.publicaffairs@us.af.mil, no later than 30 days before the requested tour date.

Air Park/Museum Tours

Groups looking to tour the Air Park/Dyess Museum should only consist of 5 people or less. The tours are led by the Museum Curator on a case by case basis. For questions, the curator can be contacted at (325) 696-2099.

Aerial Event Requests

All aerial event requests must be approved through SAF/PA before being sent to the 7th BW PA Office. Call the Air Force Aerial Events Office at 703-695-9664 or click here to start the approval process. Once you get approval, send your request to the 7th BW PA Office at 7bw.pa.publicaffairs@us.af.mil. 

Funeral Flyover Requests

All military funeral flyovers are made through the Air Force Mortuary Affairs Office. To request a military funeral flyover call Air Force Mortuary Affairs at 1-800-531-5803 or click here.

Flightline Photo Pass 

All units, personnel and base visitors wishing to take photos or video on the Dyess flightline must have a filled out and signed Flightline Photo Pass. The Flightline Photo Pass along with the photo pass regulations can be found here. The form must be filled out and returned to the 7th BW PA Office for their signature before requesters can take photos/video on the flightline.
