7th Bomb Wing mission, vision, culture and priorities graphics

This layout and design infographic was created using Adobe Photoshop to detail the command culture and strategic priorities of the 7th Bomb Wing at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, July 27, 2026. The graphic represents the commander's four primary priorities and three core cultural pillars, set against a design mirroring the unit's historic emblem with portraits of military legends William Dyess, Jimmy Doolittle, and Douglas MacArthur. It was created to visually communicate U.S. Air Force Col. Robert Sturgill Jr.’s command intent, educating Airmen on the unit's heritage while driving daily dedication toward mission readiness.
