40th Airlift Squadron returns home from CENTCOM deployment
Friends and family members await the return of deployed Airmen from the 317th Airlift Wing at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Sept. 5, 2025. While deployed, the 40th Airlift Squadron played a critical role in supporting global mobility missions, flying the C-130J Super Hercules in support of joint operations, tactical airlift, and humanitarian efforts.
