317th AW prioritize aircraft readiness amidst damaging winds

Two C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 317th Airlift Wing take-off at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, March 13, 2025. The 317th AW rapidly relocated 11 C-130Js to Kelly Field in San Antonio, Texas in anticipation of damaging winds. The ability to quickly relocate aircraft in the face of adverse weather demonstrates the 317th AW’s agility and adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.
