Dyess Air Force Base is home to two wings (the 7th Bomb Wing and 317th Airlift Wing), and an array of tenant units. The colors in this design pay homage to the shields of the 7 BW and 317 AW, as well as to the vibrant West Texas sunsets experienced by the Team Dyess community. The text in this design mirrors the lettering currently seen on the B-1B, and formerly seen on C-130H aircraft when they were in operation at Dyess Air Force Base. This design honors our shared history and the vibrant community which is home to Dyess Air Force Base. (U.S. Air Force graphic by Senior Airman Kylee Gardner)
