Catching a jet; 9th EBS aircraft maintainers retrieve B-1 after mission
A crew chief assigned to the 9th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron drags aircraft tire chocks toward the rear landing gear of a B-1B Lancer at Ørland Air Force Station, Norway, March 19, 2021. Upon landing, aircraft maintainers are responsible for catching the jet and performing necessary immediate actions, such as chocking the tires and replacing “Remove Before Flight'' safety tags.
