Vapor purge experiments give Air Force a competitive edge

Michelle Docter, 711th Human Performance Wing research chemist from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, puts on a disposable suit inside of a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft at Dyess AFB, Texas, Aug. 26, 2020. The suits were worn during the vapor purge experiments to prevent contamination of samples, which could lead to inaccurate readings. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Mercedes Porter)
