Dyess Airmen return from deployment
Airmen and family members welcome Airmen home from a deployment to Djibouti, Africa, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Sept. 19, 2019. Airmen returned from a two and four month deployments, as a last surge to enable the 317th Airlift Wing and the Air Mobility command C-130J enterprise to start a new rotation cycle that allows 12-months of home station dwell after each four-month deployment.
