Operations in action: meet the 7th OG
U.S. Air Force Col. Brandon Parker, 7th Bomb Wing commander, views the air traffic control tower simulator during the 7th Operations Group Immersion at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Feb. 12, 2019. The simulator is used to train all of Dyess’ first term air traffic controllers to gain basic and advanced knowledge of incoming and outgoing air traffic movements. Due to the nature of aircraft operations, the Airmen must be prepared for any situation, to include emergency scenarios. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Emily Copeland)
