Offered by the Airman & Family Readiness Center in partnership with the Baptist Child & Family Services Health and Human Services of Abilene, Texas, the class Fatherhood EFFECT serves to educate new and current dads on the challenges of fatherhood. Topics taught through the six-week course include work-family balance, dealing with complicated emotions, co-parenting and being a 24/7 father.
