Former POW visits Dyess, provides leadership insight

Retired U.S. Air Force Col. Lee Ellis, a former Vietnam War pilot and prisoner of war, speaks with base leadership at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Nov. 6, 2018. During his visit, Ellis met with base personnel in a workshop focused on understanding and utilizing various leadership traits. He then met with Airmen to explain the hardships his team had gone through during their time as POWs, and also how they were able to overcome their battles during those hardships.
