POW/MIA walk to remember
Dyess Airmen march through the linear air park for National Prisoner of War/ Missing In Action recognition day at Dyess Air Force, Sept. 21, 2018. On every third Friday of Sept. since 1986, Americans across the United States remember the sacrifices and service of those who were POW/MIA and their families. At Dyess AFB, Airmen will march down the main road in silence to pay tribute to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice until 5 p.m. today. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Kylee Thomas)
