Dyess Airmen deploy to Afghanistan
A C-130J Super Hercules flies over Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, on their wait to Afghanistan May 4, 2018. Airmen from the 317th Airlift Wing and 7th Bomb Wing deployed to Afghanistan in support of conventional and nonconventional operations. Conventional operations are normal support operations, such as taking resources where it is need and unconventional operations are supporting areas that are not as controlled.
