Dyess to conduct Operational Safety Review Day
The Air Force will conduct an Operational Safety Review Day no later than May 21, 2018 to ensure proactive effort to guarantee safety of operations across the Air Force. On this day, all flying operations will be suspended to ensure Airmen are able to identify and report any safety hazards that may lead to future incidents. (U.S. Air Force graphic)
