Fit for a King: C-130J pilot wins 2017 Dutch Huyser award
Airmen assigned to the 39th Airlift Squadron were tasked with evacuating 29 personnel from the U.S. Embassy of South Sudan in July 2016. Capt. Greg King, far left, 317th Operations Support Squadron group tactician, was the copilot on the second of three aircraft sent to the embassy to rescue them from a civil war outbreak.
