Chief talks new enlisted professional military education

U.S Air Force Chief Master Sgt. JoAnne Bass, the chief of enlisted developmental education, speaks with Tech. Sgt. Stephanie Stearns, 7th Force Support Squadron Airman Leadership School instructor about the changes to the 2017 enlisted professional military education. Instead of requiring Airmen to complete their EPME based upon how long they have been in the Air Force, the new EPME moves to a rank-based continuum of learning.
