Dyess, Abilene collaborate for vehicle modification

A level sits on top of a worn-out bobtail tire. The previous bobtail design modified the rear chassis suspension, axle and wheels which are detached as an assembly, repositioned forward, reattached using OEM and the frame rails shortened; therefore, the caster and camber could not properly align the tires and created wear on the front tires.
