No Time to Waste

Mr. Floyd Brigham, AFCEC waste contractor with the 7th Civil Engineer Squadron, pumps used oil from a waste drum at a 90-day facility (one of two) at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, May 3, 2017. A 90-day facility is a regulated building where hazardous and non-hazardous wastes are temporarily stored before being transported off-base for proper disposal at a permitted disposal facility.
