Dyess goes full steam ahead on base energy program

U.S. Air Force Airmen and contractors from the 7th Civil Engineering Squadron installed new energy efficient lights at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, March 6, 2017. New light-emitting diode lighting was installed in the wing headquarters parking lot and several other facilities to include aircraft hangars where, along with LED lighting, they used skylights to allow in natural light for illumination in order to save more energy.
