‘Wall of Honor’ commemorates families’ fallen warriors

Donna Kleman, founder of Surviving Families of Fallen Warriors, gives opening remarks at the Wall of Honor dedication ceremony at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Dec. 3, 2016.
