Dyess C-130s participate in JFEX
U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division, unload their gear from a pallet June 18, 2016, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The soldiers participated in a Joint Forcible Entry Exercise that challenged aircrew and leadership’s ability to combine ground forces and aircraft to deploy airdrops. The JFEX also put to the test the aircrew’s ability to deliver and recover combat forces. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Austin Mayfield/ Released)
