18th Air Force leadership visits Dyess
U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Sam Cox, 18th Air Force commander, walks down the flightline before flying in a C-130J Super Hercules, March 30, 2016, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. Cox spent his time at Dyess learning about the 317th Airlift Group mission and the Airmen who keep the C-130J Super Hercules mission-capable. The 317th AG consists of five squadrons and approximately 1,100 aviators, maintenance professionals, and support personnel, as well as 27 C-130J aircraft engaged in worldwide combat aerial delivery operations.
