U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Rachel Davis, 7th Operations Support Squadron air traffic controller, uses an automatic terminal information system Jan. 25, 2016, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The automatic terminal information system allows air traffic controllers to broadcast updates to aircraft in the local area.
