FARM revives local fire truck
Hart Arbilera, 7th Logistic Readiness Squadron fire and refueling maintenance, works on an airbrake system July 30, 2015, at Dyess Air Force base, Texas. Ricky Bishop, View Volunteer Fire Department fire chief and Taylor County sheriff, took the truck to several civilian mechanics to estimate how much it would cost for repairs to the truck. Because of the age of the vehicle, most turned him away. Several Airmen in the FARM shop had experience with the airbrake system, allowing them to help the station get its most important truck up and running.
