Team Dyess units compete in 2015 Global Strike Challenge

U.S. Air Force Airmen, assigned to the 7th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, transfer a Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile prior to loading it on a B-1B Lancer during the 2015 Global Strike Challenge Aug. 17, 2015, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The loading of the missiles was one of three sub-competitions in the maintenance portion of the challenge. The maintainers were scored based upon the weapons load, equipment and tool organization, data management, dress and appearance and a written test.
