12th AF command visits Dyess
U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Mark C. Nowland, 12th Air Force commander, is shown the inner components of a B-1B Lancer wing March 20, 2015, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. One of the units Nowland stopped at was the 7th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron to view a B-1 inspection. Nowland also stopped by the 28th Bomb Squadron to view the B-1 simulator and the classroom where pilots familiarize themselves with Sustainment Block 16 upgrades, the largest B-1 fleet modification in program history.
