A bright future for Dyess, community partners
Community leaders from Abilene, Dyess Air Force Base, Tye and Taylor County stand with a signed charter April 1, 2015, at Abilene, Texas. The charter established a sustainable process for creating new partnership concepts between Dyess and the local community through the Air Force Community Partnership Program.
