U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Terrance Miller, 7th Operation Support Squadron airfield manager, presents the Airfield Manager app and the 2015 Dyess Big Country Airfest app Feb. 3, 2015, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, which he designed. Miller programmed an app for airfield management that allows Airmen to track and document runway damages and repairs, and an app for the 2015 Dyess Big Country Airfest that will give spectators an interactive airshow map and provide information on the planes that will be on display there.
