U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Benjamin Baughman, 39th Airlift Squadron loadmaster, kicks a pallet out of a C-130J Super Hercules during the new Impact Day Program Dec. 12, 2014, over Bronte Drop Zone, Texas. The program gives Airmen from the 7th Bomb Wing an inside look at the training the 317th Airlift Group performs in order to be ready to execute the mission.
