From boots on the ground to wings in the air
Previously assigned to the 86th Contingency Response Group, U.S. Air Force Capt. Frank Zientek, 317th Airlift Group, was one of 20 Air Force paratroopers who jumped with 1,000 troops into Iraq’s northern front on March 26, 2003.
