Ron Hooks, Air Force Aid Society officer, speaks to Airmen during the Air Force Assistance Fund kick-off luncheon March 3, 2014, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The AFAF program helps active duty, retired members and their dependents by offering interest free loans, grants and other avenues when faced with financial hardships.
