Dietary supplements: the bad and the ugly

The Human Performance Resource Center lists supplements by zone classifications. Green zone supplements are the most likely to provide high performance benefits with the least likelihood of adverse effects. Yellow zone supplements have low to moderate risk of adverse side effects and low potential benefits.
