7th Force Support Squadron receives awards from the Abilene community
James Childers, Abilene director of community service, thanks the 7th Force Support Squadron for the work they do in the Abilene community April 24, 2014, in Abilene, Texas. The 7th FSS was presented two awards from the Abilene City Council. The first award was the Commercial Business Outstanding Service Award from the Texas Recreation and Park Society, for co-hosting the South Park dinner for the past 26 years. The second was the Don’t Mess with Texas, Keep Abilene Beautiful Trash-Off largest group award, for collecting litter throughout the city of Abilene.
