Dyess’ newest senior NCO selects prep for the future

U.S. Air Force Airmen prepare to sing the Air Force song at the conclusion of their Senior Noncommissioned Officer Induction Ceremony July 18, 2014, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. Prior to their induction into the senior NCO corps, Airmen attended a professional enhancement seminar designed to augment and enhance supervisory and leadership skills, focusing on motivation and counseling, military writing and the enlisted force structure. Thirty-one Airmen who were recently selected for promotion to master sergeant or recently promoted to the grade of E-7 were inducted during the ceremony.
