DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Major Fred Graham, Director of Training, 436 Training Squadron, was presented with the Bronze Star Medal by Colonel Charles Catoe, 7th Operations Group Commander here, 22 Aug. Major Graham received the prestigious medal for distinguishing himself by exceptionally meritorious conduct in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom while working with the Army as Electronic Warfare Officer.
