DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas- Staff Sergeant John Quiason helps Senior Airman Michael Lahrman, both C-130 loadmasters from Dyess AFB, disconnect harnesses from the ceiling of a C-130 on the way back to Dyess Air Force Base, Texas from Corpus Christi, Texas, Sept. 11. The eight man crew along with two public affairs airmen and a historian returned to Dyess AFB after a two day mission in support of the Hurricane Ike evacuation. The Air Force and other military forces not only respond in support of war efforts abroad but also to threats on the home front including natural disasters.
