Dyess NCO receives Purple Heart Medal

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas-- Col. Timothy Ray, 7th Bomb Wing Commander, presents Staff Sgt. Zebulen Miller, a military working dog handler from the 7th Security Forces Squadron, with the Purple Heart Medal for wounds received in combat at a Medal presentation held on Feb. 8.
