JBB first-responders remember fallen comrade
JOINT BASE BALAD, Iraq ? First-responders, from across Balad, salute the U.S. flag as it?s raised to half-mast during a memorial ceremony honoring fallen firefighter, Staff Sgt. Ray Rangel.
