Dyess civilian retires for second time after 57 years of service
DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas — Shirley Jupin receives a certificate of appreciation here July 29 at the base Heritage Club. Mrs. Jupin received the award for her support during her husband’s 57 years of service. John Junior Jupin served 23 years active duty and 34 years as a civilian. A retirement ceremony was held July 29 at the Heritage Club here. Mr. Jupin retired from the Air Force in 1975 as a chief master sergeant. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Domonique Washington)
