New C-130 Hanger and Reserve Center groundbreaking

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison speaks during a press conference announcing the groundbreaking of the C-130J Multipurpose Maintenance Hangar and Armed Forces Reserve Center here, Nov. 16.
