Dyess supports Haiti relief efforts
DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Staff Sgt. Henry Morgan, 317th Airlift Group, secures roller tracks to the back of a C-130 Hercules at an East Coast Air Force Base Jan. 17. The C-130 crew of six departed Dyess Air Force Base to support relief efforts following the 7.0-magnitude earthquake that devistated the Caribbean nation Jan. 14. The Air Force's airlift capability enables the United States to respond immediately to any disaster domestically or worldwide. We are the only country with an aircraft fleet capable of providing this type of response.
