CSAF delivers first C-130J to Dyess

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas—Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz taxis a C-130J April 16. The aircraft is the first new aircraft to be stationed at Dyess in 25 years, and brings many improvements over the C-130H models currently assigned to the 317th Airlift Group including avionics, an enhanced cargo handling system and more.
