Fighting through the heat
DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas—Airman Tyler Ellie, 7th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter, unwinds a water hose from a fire truck during a training exercise here, Sept. 30. The squadron has more than 55 firefighters and operates more than 15 fire trucks. Some days the station gets up to ten calls and the firefighters are required to be on scene within five minutes of the call.
